Collins is the Secretary General, Kenya Association of Records Managers and Archivists. He holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences with a specialization in records management at the University of Nairobi and Moi University respectively. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Records and Archives Management in Moi University. He has successfully completed a number of records digitization projects in the Nairobi Serena Hotel and Serena Beach Hotel and Spa. He is proficient in using electronic and document management systems and doubles as a trainer in records and library management. He has previously worked with International Development Research Centre and Inoorero University as an Assistant Lecturer. He is currently working as an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Information and Knowledge management at the Technical University of Kenya.
